Drueding Center’s staff and Board leaders support the excellence, sustainability, and impact of all our programs, and they work to put our families on solid ground, often for the very first time.
Staff Management Team
Anne Marie Collins, Executive Director, administers all Drueding Center operations and programs. A former Program Director, Anne Marie brings expertise in case management and counseling to her leadership of the program team and their core work in the Residential, Youth, and Education & Community Services programs. She has more than 22 years of experience in social services and holds a Master’s in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton.

Jane Austin, Program Director, oversees day-to-day program operations, beginning with Residential, Youth Services, Education & Community Services, and healthcare-related services. Jane guides her program staff in a team approach to intensive, high-quality care for Drueding Center’s families. She has more than 24 years of experience in social services and holds a Master’s in Cultural Anthropology from Syracuse University.

Beth McLean, Director of Residential Services, coordinates case management, supervises a staff that includes two clinical therapists, and directs the comprehensive clinical services that benefit our resident families. Beth has more than 26 years of experience in social services and holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin.

Sabrina Morris-Tijani, Director of Youth Services, manages the daily operations of our Child Care Center, including Infant/Toddler Daycare, the Head Start and Pre-K Counts Preschool Programs, and the School Age Program. Sabrina has more than 20 years of experience in human services and holds a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Allen McPherson, Director of Education & Community Services, oversees all educational programming and activities for our residents and graduates, as well as case management for graduate families. Allen also coordinates case management for 40 families participating in a City of Philadelphia short-term rental subsidy program. He has more than 20 years of experience in social services and holds a Master’s in Social Science from Bryn Mawr College.

Jenea Davis, Director of Development, manages, implements, and facilitates fundraising operations for Drueding Center. Jenea offers expertise in special events, donor and volunteer engagement, and cultivation. She has more than twelve years of experience in sales, event management, and fundraising, and has earned numerous workplace awards and recognitions. Jenea is currently taking classes at Camden County Community College.
