How to read this chart: A higher score is better

Measure Definition of Satisfaction: This chart shows the mean score of patient's satisfaction.  Patient's indicate their satisfaction using a scale of 1 (Very Poor ) to 5 (Very Good).  That score is converted to a 100 point scale and from there a mean score is calculated.
