Drueding Center names new board members

Meadowbrook, PA—July 8, 2013—Drueding Center, Holy Redeemer Health System’s transitional housing and comprehensive counseling program for homeless women and their children, recently named the following individuals to its board of directors:
Nicole Hines of Philadelphia is a Drueding graduate and budding entrepreneur. She most recently worked as a parent and student engagement specialist at Philadelphia Academies, Inc. She has also worked for the Community-Women’s Education Project and the Philadelphia School District. An elected city committeewoman for the 49th Ward - 5th Division, Hines has served on several community development and revitalization boards.
Gwynne Smith Scheffer of Mickleton, NJ, is a human capital and organizational effectiveness management consultant. She previously worked as senior director for Danya International; lead associate at Booz Allen Hamilton; senior technical associate for ICF International; and training manager for the Children’s Literacy Initiative in Philadelphia. Scheffer earned a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in organizational dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Linda Perkins of Philadelphia is a partner with the law firm of Archer & Greiner, PC. Prior to that, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia for more than 20 years, 12 of which were spent as Chief of the Insurance Fraud Unit. Perkins earned her law degree from Columbia University and specializes in complex civil litigation that draws upon her experience as a trial attorney and investigative attorney.
