Free Seminar Offers Seniors Tips on Selling Your Home and Downsizing

Philadelphia, PA—September 25, 2013—Moving from one home to another can be stressful for anyone. But for older adults who are downsizing from a long-time home or are concerned about the economy, it can be overwhelming.
On October 9th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., The Villages at Pine Valley, an active-adult 55+ community, will host two free lectures, “Why Move Now” and “Moving Made Easy,” which will offer attendees insider facts about current interest rates, housing prices, and consumer confidence, as well as simple tips on how to streamline possessions and get your home ready for sale. Guest speakers will include a realtor and a moving transition specialist experienced in working with seniors. Lunch will be served and the event will include an in-depth tour of The Villages at Pine Valley’s beautiful condominium and apartment homes.
