Holy Redeemer Hospital to Participate in National Healthcare Decisions Day

Meadowbrook, PA—April 2, 2012—Holy Redeemer Hospital will host two free informational tables on National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD), which will take place on Monday, April 16, 2012.
Members of our pastoral care department will be on hand to discuss end-of-life care; advise on ways to approach the topic of advance care planning with family, friends, and healthcare providers; and distribute advance directive forms.
Tables will be open in the Outpatient Lobby from 9 to 11:30 a.m. and at the Hospitality Café Entrance from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Holy Redeemer Hospital is located at 1648 Huntingdon Pike, Meadowbrook.
