Holy Redeemer Remembers Sr. Mary Anne McDonagh

Meadowbrook, PA—February 28, 2012—The Sisters of the Holy Redeemer thank God for the life of Sister Mary Anne McDonagh who returned home to the Redeemer February 27, 2012. Sister Mary Anne, a nurse, worked with Holy Redeemer HomeCare in the New Jersey Shore region and was known for her work with Holy Redeemer’s Jersey Shore Food Pantry in Cape May Courthouse.
Sister Anne Marie Haas, Provincial Superior of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer said: “Sister Mary Anne McDonagh truly exemplified the spirit and charism of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer, being a source of hope and joy to each person she encountered, particularly those most in need.
“She will be dearly missed and we thank God for the gift her life has been to her family, our Congregation and to countless friends.
“May she rest now in the loving embrace of Our Redeemer.”
