Geriatric Assessment Program
The Geriatric Assessment Program at Holy Redeemer provides a complete physical social, mental, functional, economic and environmental evaluation. The assessment is provided by a highly specialized geriatric team who helps families evaluate the need for assisted living, long-term care or other helpful services.
LifeAssess
With older adults living longer than ever before, Holy Redeemer's compassionate and experienced home care teams recognized the need for a program that would identify and treat four major complex geriatric syndromes: Depression, Dementia, Falls Risk, and Urinary Incontinence
Senior Behavioral Health Unit
Our Senior Behavioral Health Unit (SBHU) provides short-term, intensive, inpatient treatment 24 hours-a-day. Patients aged 65 or older who are experiencing psychiatric symptoms (e.g. hallucinations, delusions, panic reaction, anxiety, agitation, depression) severe enough to cause disordered, bizarre behavior or psychomotor retardation resulting in significant interference with activities of daily living. |
