The Geriatric Assessment Program, located at Holy Redeemer Lafayette, provides a complete physical social, mental, functional, economic and environmental evaluation. The assessment is provided by a highly specialized geriatric team who helps families evaluate a possible need for assisted living, long-term care or other helpful services.
