| At Holy Redeemer Lafayette, we offer a three-tiered level of service: |
Independent and Active
A retirement community consisting of private apartments and on-site amenities such as elegant dining, social and educational activities. A rental option is also available with no required entrance fee.
Our optional services, available through Holy Redeemer Support at Home, offer assistance to residents requiring help with medications, treatments, and activities of daily living. Also, as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) facility, incoming independent and active residents have the ability to choose an entrance fee plan that offers them the ability to pay an upfront fee in exchange for certain amenities, reduced monthly costs, and priority status for other services within Holy Redeemer.
Personal Care
Personal care may be the right choice for the person who needs some help with the activities of daily living, such as taking medications, bathing or meals.
Long Term Care
When long-term care is needed, our skilled nursing home provides compassionate care. Special arrangements can be made for residents who need specialized care post-hospitalization or due to an illness or injury.
