• No visitors under sixteen (16) years of age.
• Are you sick? Coughing? Sneezing? Please do not visit!
• Only two (2) visitors at a time.

Holy Redeemer St. Joseph Manor and Holy Redeemer Lafayette

• No visitors under sixteen (16) years of age.
• Are you sick? Coughing? Sneezing? Please do not visit!

For the health and safety of all patients and residents, we also ask you to:

• Wash your hands
• Cover your sneeze/cough - and not with your hands
