Holy Redeemer Health System is committed to our mission to care, comfort and heal, and to providing excellent healthcare services to our community. Because the opinion of our patients and residents is so important to our efforts of continuously improving our quality of care, we have contracted with a nationally recognized firm, Press Ganey Associates, Inc., to help us gather and analyze patient satisfaction survey results.
The results of these surveys are trended within Holy Redeemer and compared to other organizations of similar size nationwide, helping us to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to meet the needs and expectations of our patients, residents and family members. |
