Rehabilitation services are available on an in- and outpatient basis as well as in the home through Holy Redeemer Home Health and Hospice Services in Pennsylvania and Holy Redeemer Visiting Nurse Agency in New Jersey. Our goal: to maximize each client's physicial funtion and independence.
