Levels of Care:

At The Lafayette-Redeemer, we offer a three-tiered level of service:

• Independent and Active: A retirement community consisting of private apartments and onsite amenities such as elegant dining, social and educational activities. Our optional services, available through Holy Redeemer In-Home Support Services, offers assistance to residents requiring help with medications, treatments, and activities of daily living. And, as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) facility, incoming independent and active residents have the ability to choose an entrance fee plan that offers them the ability to pay an upfront fee in exchange for certain amenities, reduced monthly costs, and priority status for other services within Holy Redeemer Health System.
  
  
• Assisted Living: Assisted living may be the right choice for the person who needs some help with the activities of daily living, such as taking medications, bathing or meals.
  
  
• Long Term Care: When long-term care is needed, our skilled nursing home provides compassionate care. Special arrangements can be made for residents who need specialized care post-hospitalization or due to an illness or injury.
