Levels of Care
Assisted Living In addition to its highly respected, long-term care services, St. Joseph's Manor offers personal care services for individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and eating. Our highly trained, nurturing staff encourages progress and independence while taking care to maintain each resident's personal safety.
Long-term Care The restraint-free environment, coupled with a tradition of compassionate, respectful long-term care and the desire to maintain the resident's optimal level of independence, are the hallmarks of St. Joseph's Manor. The dedicated and professional staff works as a team to offer residents an environment conducive to achieving their highest potential. A Medicare and Medicaid-certified, non-profit, skilled nursing and personal care facility, the Manor is conveniently located next door to the comprehensive resources of Holy Redeemer Hospital and Medical Center.
Dementia Unit Personalized therapeutic activities provide age- and stage-appropriate social, physical, spiritual, emotional, and cognitive care. Ongoing activities include art and music therapy, horticultural therapy, intergenerational sharing, reminiscence therapy and pet therapy. Of course, there are plenty of celebrations and parties where residents, families, and staff can enjoy each other's company.
Inpatient Hospice Services St. Joseph's Manor, in conjunction with the hospice team of Holy Redeemer Home Care & Hospice, provides specialized care to patients and families facing end-of-life illness. At the inpatient hospice unit, an interdisciplinary staff collaborates to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual and pastoral care needs of terminally ill patients and their families. Our goal is to help each patient maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
