Mask up. Wash Up. 6 feet Apart.

One of the most precious gifts we have is our own health. In the era of COVID-19, it is more important than ever to vigorously protect it— for ourselves and those we love, because quite frankly – LIVES ARE ON THE LINE.

It is believed the recent increase of the virus is from those among us who are infected but asymptomatic or presymptomatic, meaning someone who appears healthy can infect others. There is still much that is unknown about this disease and although many people recover quickly, some can get gravely ill.

We must remain alert and careful. Follow these simple rules to keep you and your family safe.

  • Mask Up - Wear a mask correctly, covering your nose and mouth, especially when indoors and outside when you cannot maintain sufficient social distancing
  • Wash Up - Practice frequent hand cleaning or sanitizing
  • Stay 6-Feet Apart - Maintain physical distance of at least 6 feet from others
  • Limit your in-person gatherings – only socialize with people in your household, if you do visit with others wear a mask, try to visit outside or be sure to have good ventilation
  • Stay home if you are sick – if you are not feeling well don’t take a chance, stay home, if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms contact your health care provider

For the most up to date information and resources visit your state’s Department of Health website or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website.

Let’s all do our part to keep ourselves, our family and our community healthy!
