Why aren’t there patient ratings and comments for every physician?

In order to provide our patients and visitors with the most accurate and useful information, we only post physician satisfaction data when a physician has received a minimum of 30 returned surveys. For this provider, we have not yet received the minimum.

About our Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Holy Redeemer measures many aspects of our patients’ experiences. Patients treated by Holy Redeemer physicians asked to complete a patient satisfaction survey. Surveys are conducted by email or telephone. Results are shared with the medical office practices and physicians for opportunities to improve care. Survey ratings and patient comments are also shared on this website.

What questions do we ask?

Star ratings are based on patient responses to six questions about interactions patients have with the provider at their office visit. The Clinician and Group Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CG-CAHPS) survey was developed by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality for use in medical practices across the country. The survey asks our patients to measure how well their provider communicated, listened, and showed courtesy and respect toward them. Results are used to evaluate patients’ overall perception of care and help us find areas for improvement or opportunities to recognize our physicians.

Are all comments posted?

We post all comments from the surveys except for comments that are libelous, slanderous, profane, irrelevant, or those that risk the privacy of a patient.
