Behavioral Health at Holy Redeemer

Our team of 11 certified and licensed therapists, professional counselors, psychologists and clinical social workers help adults, children, seniors, couples and families with a wide range of behavioral health needs. In addition to outpatient counseling services, Holy Redeemer Behavioral Health is partnered with Philmont Guidance Center to provide outpatient psychiatric and therapeutic services.

Senior Behavioral Health Unit

Holy Redeemer Hospital's Senior Behavioral Health Unit (SBHU) provides short-term, intensive, inpatient treatment 24 hours-a-day. The SBHU is designed for patients aged 65 or older who are experiencing psychiatric symptoms (e.g. hallucinations, delusions, panic reaction, anxiety, agitation, depression) severe enough to cause disordered, bizarre behavior or psychomotor retardation resulting in significant interference with activities of daily living. Patients experiencing disorientation or memory impairment severe enough to endanger the welfare of self or others are treated as well.
