Billing and Payment

Billing and Payment

Any services not paid in full by insurance are the responsibility of the patient. You may receive different bills based on the type of services and the locations they were delivered. Always review your bill to ensure that you are only being charged for the services you received and that your provider has paid the correct amounts.

Many bills may be paid online, and all bills may be paid via telephone or mail. If you have questions about your bill, call 215-856-1000.

Online Bill Payment

Bills for physician office visits will have a message in the upper left that says "Pay Online At QuickPay". Physician office bills are paid via the My Health Story patient portal. If you do not have a login and password for the portal, you will need the QuickPay code from your bill. For more information about the My Health Story patient portal, click here.
