Community Resources at Holy Redeemer

As a Catholic Health System, rooted in the tradition of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer, we Care, Comfort, and Heal following the example of Jesus, proclaiming the hope God offers in the midst of human struggle.

Our mission to care, comfort and heal continues to grow through the many programs, services and facilities that comprise Holy Redeemer. Here are some resources that may help you.

Community Health Needs Assessment

The Community Health Needs Assessment report provides information on a study of the health status and health needs of residents in the communities served by Holy Redeemer Hospital. Read more here.

Reilly Home

Adulthood brings new challenges for families concerned about the health and quality of life of a loved one with an intellectual disability. But, when those with an intellectual disability grow older and their parents and families are struggling to sustain their care, Holy Redeemer’s Reilly Home for Independent Adults offers a safe and secure “forever” home.

Domestic Violence Resources

Domestic violence affects one in every four women. And the abuse can take many forms: physical, emotional, sexual and economic. To learn more, click here.

Drueding Center

The Sisters of the Holy Redeemer founded Drueding Center in 1987 as Project Rainbow. We serve the most vulnerable, helping them recover the dignity of standing on their own. Visit Drueding's website for more information.

Health Insurance Marketplace

The Health Insurance Marketplace is a new way to shop for health coverage. A single, online source will help you get information about your health coverage options with easy, side-by-side comparisons of private insurance plans’ benefits, including quality, and price. You can also find out if you’re eligible for assistance with the costs of health coverage. Learn more here.

Financial Assistance

Holy Redeemer Hospital is proud of its mission to provide quality care to all who need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, regardless of the ability to pay. To learn more, click here.
