Class Descriptions

Aerobic Strength & Fitness: Exercise to improve your cardio and muscle tone.
Aquatics Exercise: Total body exercise in the water. Cost: $72 member, $90 non-member, 7 week class.
Balance Class: Learn and perform specific exercises that target all systems of balance.
Barre Above:
Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of strengthening exercises.
Core Strength, Stability & Flexibility: This class primarily uses body weight to build core strength, stability & Flexibility. Non-members $30 for 6 week class.
Line Dancing: Have fun learning popular line dances while exercising the body & brain. non-members $30 for 6 week class.
Low Impact Aerobics:
Utilizes various low impact routines.
Silver Sneakers: Exercise Program designed exclusively for seniors-provided by insurance carrier.
Tai Chi:Golden Breath, check for availability.n, free for members, non- members- $30 for 6 weeks
Yoga: gentle, basic yoga, beginner’s yoga program; $60 for 8 week class.
Zumba Gold: A calorie burning danced base workout designed for seniors.
