The Holy Redeemer's Emergency Department prides itself on offering convenient access to quality care. Features of the The Strauss Emergency Pavilion include:

  • Separate entrance for patients arriving via ambulance from those arriving on their own
  • 22 private rooms
  • Gold certified Primary Stroke Center
  • Obstetricians on-site 24-hours per day
  • Short "door-to-doctor" wait times
  • Pediatric UrgiCare Department located adjacent to the emergency room


When should you go to the ER?

If you feel like your life is in danger, please call 911 immediately.

Deciding whether to go to the emergency room or to treat your symptoms at home can be difficult. Here is a list of information about the most common symptoms that may require a visit to the ER:

Pediatric Urgicare

When your child needs fast, non-emergency medical care and your pediatrician isn’t available Pediatric UrgiCare at Holy Redeemer provide speedy, walk-in medical care for all kids—from infants to teenagers.
