Healthy Families

Healthy Babies and Families Start at Home

New babies don’t come with instructions – but they do come with questions and special needs. With home visits from experienced mentors, Healthy Families offer moms a helping hand while you’re pregnant and during baby’s first year.

What is Healthy Families?

Our program is part of Health Families America, a national program that helps moms raise healthier families and have stronger futures. We’re here to help – at no cost to you, in your home.

Cape May and Union County Healthy Families TIP programs are supported by Holy Redeemer Health System and are part of the Holy Redeemer HomeCare in New Jersey.

Healthy Families can assist you in many ways:

  • Have a healthier pregnancy
  • Ensure your baby gets the right health care
