Holy Redeemer Safe Care

At Holy Redeemer the health and safety of our patients, residents and our team members is our top priority. Safety has always been part of our culture and now we have additional procedures in place to protect our Redeemer community in this COVID-19 environment.

Cleaning

We have increased the frequency and enhanced our cleaning process in our hospital, outpatient centers and our community practices. We have new disinfection procedures with products proven effective against the COVID-19 virus. Each area is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between patients.

Personal Protective Equipment

All Holy Redeemer team members are required to wear personal protective equipment and adhere to stringent hand washing hygiene in accordance with recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control. Patients are required to wear a mask when they are in a Holy Redeemer facility. We will provide a disposable mask if they do not have their own mask to wear.

Screening

All Holy Redeemer team members and patients are screened before entering any of our locations. Team members have their temperature checked and answer questions about their current health status. All patients are screened for COVID-19 symptoms prior to their appointment. Their provider determines the best option for care.

Provider Visits

To allow for appropriate social distancing and maximize cleaning processes, we have increased time between appointments. We ask patients to call their provider upon arrival so they can be escorted to an exam room as soon as possible. Additionally, many of our providers offer TeleHealth, which allows patients to be seen by their practitioner in the comfort of their own home.

Visitors

Currently visitation is limited at many of our facilities. Patients are asked to call their provider in advance for their current visitation policy as they are subject to change and to check holyredeemer.com for visitation updates. Click here for the current COVID-19 visitation policy.

With these and other precautions in place we will be able to provide you with the high-quality, compassionate care you expect from Holy Redeemer, while limiting exposure to COVID-19. If you have any questions, please contact your provider’s office directly for more information about their individual process.
